Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, olives and basil

Una ricetta con Pasta di Camerino fatta con tagliatelle, pomodorini e basilico

Ingredients for 4 people:

400g tagliatelle
250g cherry tomatoes
black olives
basil
onion
garlic
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
chilli pepper

Directions:

In a pan, brown half a chopped onion, two whole cloves of peeled garlic and a piece of chilli pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes cut into cubes and cook for a couple of minutes, add salt and pepper, remove the garlic and add the olives cut into rounds and continue to cook for another minute. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain and dress with the tomato seasoning and add a few leaves of basil and a little raw oil.
